Eric has had the magnolia cut down. The leaves were always a problem, but when he had to replace a section of roof due to leaf damage, he made the decision.
The neighbours can’t believe it!
We now require some serious lowering on the western boundary: could take a couple of metres off in some parts.
And the other usual work.
